The Service

CtrlAsset provides software-as-a-service for rental operations, including fleet, bookings, finance, compliance, documents, and listings. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Free trial

CtrlAsset may offer a 14-day free trial. Trial terms, billing dates and subscription options will be shown during sign-up.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions and payments are managed through Stripe. Plan details, pricing, billing frequency, and applicable taxes are presented during sign-up and checkout. You authorise us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Misuse the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Customer data responsibility

You are responsible for the data you and your team enter into the Service and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process it. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement, except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CtrlAsset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription in line with the options shown in your account or at checkout. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
